Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood Full Screen

New York playwright Sidda Lee Walker is a long way from her Louisiana hometown, but an even greater emotional distance separates her from her mother Vivi. The Ya-Yas - sworn lifelong friends of Vivi - stage an unorthodox “intervention” to bring daughter and mother together in this warm, winning adaptation of Rebecca Well’s bestsellers, written for the screen and directed by Thelma & Louise Academy Award winner Callie Khouri.

2 Stars Full price for a used DVD?!?
I purchased this DVD from the site (not another seller) last month. When it arrived I realized that there was no way that the DVD was new. It was tapped closed (not with normal security tape) and when I tried to remove the tape it ripped the whole cover off. Then, when I got the package open the plastic prongs that hold the DVD in place were broken and the DVD was scratched. So, I am really happy that I paid full price for an obviously used item. Thanks! The only reason I am giving 2 stars it because I love the movie.
5 Stars Best Buy, Great Service
I couldn’t beat the price or the service. I will purchase all my movie orders this way from now on. This was my first time ordering movies online and don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago. Very happy!
5 Stars A chick flick, but…..
Actually a pretty good movie. Watch it with your lady and she will be melting into your arms by movies end.
5 Stars Movies
This is one of my favorite movies. I may be a little biased because I had grandparents that remind me of many of the characters, but this movies is great.
The actors are perfect in each role and watching it more than once brings out details you don’t notice before.
An excellent movie.
5 Stars good
I was thrown off in the beginning after having just read the book, but when I realized that it was not supposed to be like the book, then it was better the second time I watched it.

1 Star Take my advice - read the book
How anyone who read the masterpiece “A Prayer for Owen Meany” could possibly like this movie is beyond me. I am STUNNED at the number of positive reviews. Simon Birch is an abomination and I am so thankful that John Irving pulled his support from it and forced them to use the name Simon instead of Owen so as not to taint the book. The book is one of my all-time favorites; beautiful, funny and moving. This film is embarrassingly bad in comparison. Pass Simon Birch over and read Owen Meany - you won’t be disappointed.

5 Stars Great teaching movie-teaches tolerance.
Wonderful movie about people and their ignorances of other peoples situations. This is a great example to teach kids about the very real prossability of meeting different people-with different illnesses, or disabilities….and teaches about how precious everybody in your life is. I’d also recomend the movie “The Cure”, which also teaches about different chalenges people have to live with. It teaches about tolerance and how everybody is the same-although different at the same time.
5 Stars Simon Birch
this is one of the best movies that I have seen. I had the video but wanted to get the dvd and what a great price.
5 Stars best movie I have ever seen…
I have seen this movie no less than 20 times, and enjoy it every time. It unfolds like a good book, a page at a time. It has drama, humor, suspense, and tear-jerking scenes. I’m not sure why it didn’t receive more acclaim than it did, but Ian Michael Smith is one great actor and deserved recognition. He makes the film.
